Needs Assessment
The first official meeting will be a consultation on what kind of solutions you need developed. The goal is to lay down a framework of understanding and to get to know each other on a professional and personal level. We believe that the best solutions are crafted from a systems approach and the most important part of that is you.
Production
Learning about your needs gives us a starting point to take to the team and begin brainstorming and prototyping. Each vertical is carefully calibrated before we meet again to minimize the need for iteration.
Showcase
Finally, we get to present our custom-tailored solutions and the get the green light to execute. Going forward, we will be implementing everything that we agreed upon and only asking for feedback along the way. Our goal is to create long-term trust and relationships with each of our partners and all key stakeholders.
